We’ve talked about how much we love grounding or earthing for health benefits, and we love Juil, who makes effective grounding shoes that are both comfortable and stylish to wear! Juil’s shoes have specialized conductive copper contact dots that connect your body to the earth’s powerful healing platform. I personally feel more alive, less stressed and achy, and overall more vibrant when connecting to the earth.
